Mike McCammackMike McCammack - President & CEO

Mike has been President & CEO of Onyx since early 2011. He brings to Onyx over 35 years of manufacturing & business development experience in the high-tech electronics industry. Mike has a Master of Science in Industrial Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering both from Purdue University. His career began as an Industrial Engineer with Rockwell-Collins Avionics, he was a Product Manager at Tyco/AMP, a consulting Manager with AT Kearney, and spent 18 years at Molex where his last position was as President of the Industrial Division. His most recent experiences have been in the EMS industry as a Business Unit Director at Jabil and CEO at TS3 Technology.

Dave CooperDave Cooper - Chief Financial Officer

Dave joined ONYX in 2004 (then known as OEM Worldwide) as Chief Financial Officer. He brings nearly 30 years of financial leadership with Fortune manufacturing companies in a number of diverse market sectors. Prior to ONYX, Dave held a variety of progressive leadership positions with world class companies NCR, Kraft Food, Siemens, and Sunbeam Products. Responsibilities have included strategic and financial planning, budgeting, treasury functions, assurance of financial controls, and executive leadership in growing profitable businesses. Dave has a B.A in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and a MBA from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and has significant experience in LEAN. Dave and his wife of 32 years have two children both of which currently reside in South Dakota as well.

Karen YuccasKaren Yuccas - VP of Business Development

Karen joined the Onyx team in 2010 as VP of Business Development. With 26 years of manufacturing, supply chain & business development experience in the electronics industry, Karen joined the team to increase revenue by attracting new customers and expanding Onyx’s market focus. The first half of her career was spent in various supply chain functions, including Product Mgr., Purchasing Mgr. and Materials Mgr. with Arrow Electronics and electronic OEM’s. Karen most recently spent 11 years with NSI as Director of Sales.

Jamie HaleJamie Hale - VP of Technical Services

Jamie has been Vice President of Technical Services of Onyx since early 2008. He brings to Onyx over 25 years of Project Management, Electrical Engineering and EMS manufacturing experience in the high-tech electronics industry. Jamie has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. His career began as a radar and satellite systems technician in the US Air Force partnering with General dynamics and IBM, he was a test development engineer, test engineering manager as well as staff engineering manager with Sanmina-SCi for 15 years.

Gerard DonovanGerard Donovan - VP of Quality

Gerard has been the Vice President of Quality for Onyx since May 2011. He brings to Onyx over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the high-tech Aerospace, Automotive and Medical Device electronics industry. Gerard has a BS&T in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. His career began as a Quality Supervisor with Harris Semiconductor, he was a Senior Quality Engineer with Becton Dickinson, a Director of Operations for Atmospheric Research, a Director of Quality for Transcrypt International, additionally Gerard was the President of Quality Practitioners Inc. for 12 years. Gerard is a Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified IPC-A-600 and IPC-A610 Trainer. His most recent experiences have been in the EMS industry as the Director of Corporate Quality for TS3 Technology.

Leroy BroesderLeRoy Broesder - VP of Supply Chain

LeRoy has been with Onyx since 2003. He entered the EMS business in 1982 and has held various management positions in supply chain, manufacturing, and program management. LeRoy’s work experience includes 4 years with EPI as IBM Business Unit Manager, 4 years with Flextronics (Solectron) as Production Control Manager and IBM Program Manager, and 12 years with SMTC as a site Materials Manager, Dell Global Account Manager, and Director of Business Programs Management. During LeRoy’s tenure at SMTC he spent 6 years as an expat in low cost facilities located in Reynosa and Chihuahua, Mexico.

Karen GloverKaren Glover - VP of Program Management

Karen has been Vice President of Program Management at Onyx since September 2010. She brings over 30 years of experience in the EMS industry working in Tier 1 companies. Karen’s background includes Supervisory roles in Manufacturing and Program Management as well as Global Program Management experience. Karen has a Bachelor of Science Degree that she earned at Black Hills State University in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Randy MalterudRandy Malterud - VP of Manufacturing

Randy has been with Onyx since 1994. He is currently the VP of Manufacturing and has experience as Director of Operations, Director of Quality, Plant Manger and Engineering Manager with Onyx. He has additional engineering management experience in electronics at Midcom. Randy has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has served as a nuclear trained submarine officer in the Navy.

Sarah MorrowSarah Morrow - VP of Human Resources

Sarah has been Vice President of Human Resources at Onyx since September 2008. She brings almost ten years of experience in Human Resources working in both manufacturing and retail companies. Sarah holds a BS degree from Iowa State University law degree from Drake University. Sarah also holds SPHR certification.
